Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping for just $6.
For express shipping, the cost is $14.80.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. You can view the shipping options and costs at checkout.

Who can I contact if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@acta.life with your order number, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on deodorant products once they have been opened or used. These measures ensure the highest quality and safety standards for all our customers.

For all other products, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and packaging.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@acta.life within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly assist with a resolution.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
If you realise you’ve entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at hello@acta.life as soon as possible. Be sure to double-check and provide the correct address.

We can update your shipping address within 24 hours of your order being placed. Unfortunately, if the incorrect address is not corrected within this timeframe, we are unable to process a refund or make changes.
